Increscendo is an SME specialised in special structures and renewable energies, but always with activities linked to classical engineering and construction. Our approach to R&D in 2012 was due to the need to improve concepts that we had already designed and built. However our experience in the development of R&D documents was insufficient, we needed a specialist not only in preparing H2020 calls, but with inside knowledge of what innovation is. For this double reason we chose an innovation consutancy organisation as a travel peer and support in the projects in which we have participated.
From the very first moment we have felt their innovation consultants as part of our own team, an extension (or even a department) specialised in R&D. In this way, communication is fluid, there is a continuous exchange of ideas that enrich the project, a commitment to teamwork is generated, and all this results in a compact and reliable final work, as if it had been developed by a single team.
We appreciated the innovation consultants' character and personality who have participated in our projects, always close and committed. But also their quality and work capacity, thanks to which we have not only achieved important objectives, but we have not stopped learning from their work.
