Heikki Kettunen, Senior Manager R&D
Innovation funding consultants have done an efficient job in building a diverse European consortium with 37 partners from 10 countries to apply for the highly competitive ECSEL JU funding. In practice, the consortium would not exist without their help. The consultants first brought the parties together and coordinated the planning and proposal application phases of the project. Secondly, the innovation consultants helped nominate individuals to help in the project coordination. They also organised the project meetings from the initial plan to the final application to prepare a professional project plan and project proposal application to the European Commission.
The final application itself was written by the innovation consultants, based on the ideas of the consortium. During the project, the services from the innovation consultants save time when things are done correctly from the very start. In fact, I often wondered how much extra work such a project would have created on top of everyday tasks without their help. The best with working with the innovation consultants has been the timely and precise way to get things done.
