KiNNO is an Innovation Management Consulting company, which was founded in 2007, and is currently based in Athens (Greece). KiNNO works towards enhancing knowledge integration and innovation capacity for both the private and public sectors in agro-food, energy, environment, maritime, and health industries. We provide a variety of support services for SMEs including the development of innovation strategies, strategic planning, business plans, and funding strategies. We also coordinate with innovation intermediaries on open innovation schemes, project management, and capacity building. Additionally, the company has a significant experience in designing and managing funded projects related to innovation competencies, technology transfer, research exploitation and development of innovation support structures.
Furthermore, we work closely with RTOs and Researchers on defining their commercialisation process, market analysis of their research and exploratory work for creating start-ups or spin-offs. Finally, we are currently engaged in Innovation Policy Projects for the Greek Government, including Smart Specialisation Strategies and RTD policies. The company has a track record on developing knowledge transfer initiatives, transnational knowledge networks, linkages between business and research actors, bilateral innovation systems and market uptake of research results. KiNNO acts as the Greek Hub of INNOENERGY (the leading European accelerator of sustainable energy Innovations), as Innovation & Strategy trusted advisor for the European Bank for Reconstruction & Development (EBRD) and as Strategic Partner of the National Bank of Greece (NBG) on sustainable energy. |
