At Polite., we offer project management services to support H2020 and Horizon Europe projects once they are funded. Our main focus are SME driven projects. We’re not involved in proposal writing. Our operations cover the following areas: 

  • SME Validation and LEAR Appointment: Support in preparing the legal documents requested by the EC to validate the SME status and appoint the Legal Entity Appointed Representative
  • Grant Agreement Management: Support in fulfilling EC administrative and financial requirements to close the Grant Agreement Preparation phase without delays
  • Trainings: Tailor-made workshops to help understand the H2020 and Horizon Europe rules, how to report costs and avoid mistakes that can put the grant at risk
  • Legal Support: Help with legal arrangements with partners, subcontractors, third parties and freelancers, support with amendments
  • Financial Reporting: Support with cost planning and preparation of financial reports, including cost statements and use of resources
  • Audit Support: Preparation, checking and final revision of all financial and administrative documents to be provided in in case of an EC audit
  • Additional services: Support with negotiations with EIC Fund
